Refund & Return Policy

Returns

Products:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We offer “At-cost” consumable refill for Red Team Kit Pro customers.
We offer a limited 30-day warranty on all products.
We offer email support - contact us if you think you need to return an item. We will answer you generally within 24-72 hours for questions about the tools and use for up to 6 months after your purchase between 9am-5pm Monday through Friday Pacific Standard Time.

For customers of Red Team Kit Pro and Mini these items are a custom ordered and when placed cannot be exchanged for a refund, only a store credit.

To arrange for a return email support@riftrecon.com. We can only accept returns of unopened kits and products, within 30 days of receipt (for international orders, 30 days from shipment). All returned products are credited as store credit upon receipt for all orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Please contact us before returning any package! Our return address is different than our shipping address, and we'd be happy to provide you with it upon contact. We're reasonable people and we hope you are too! Contact us if you have any issues and we'll do our best to help you out!

Trainings:

Cancellations:

14 working business days written notice is required for all cancellations requesting a full refund. Failure to provide written notice prior to 14 business days in advance of the scheduled course booked will incur a penalty fee of 50% of the full course fee.

If Open Enrollment classes do not meet the minimum 50% Rift Recon LLC reserves the right to cancel the class and offer a transfer or refund to enrolled students.

Date and/or Location Transfer

Transfers to another scheduled course can be made if notice of up to 72 hours prior to the original date of course is given. No fees shall be charged when transferring within this notice period. Participants must fulfill the newly-scheduled training session within one year of the original course’s date. If a transfer is executed the option for refund is forfeited.

Bitcoin:

All Bitcoin purchases are final. Any items damaged or defective upon arrival can be replaced with 14 days (30 days for international orders), or returned for store credit only. No refunds.

Bitcoin orders may take up to 1-2 days to process. Once the order has processed we will ship it out.

Orders are not finalized until Bitcoin payment has cleared through Bitpay. Because this payment process can take longer than more traditional payment methods, we encourage you to use other options if you want your package to ship arrive quickly.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at null.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@riftrecon.com and we'll supply you with a return address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item to us you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
